We know your busy and it’s not always convenient to have an onsite service so PC On is pleased to announce our new Collect and Return Service (CaR).

This is a fixed price service of £50, PC On will collect your computer from your home or work resolve the problem and then return it to you normally within two working days of collection.

We can remove viruses & malware, install new hardware^* (memory upgrades, graphics cards, etc.), perform a cleanup of your computer or even perform a backup of your data^** then format, reinstall windows (a valid windows licence is required and must be fixed to the PC) re-install your required software (valid keys are required and disks for software we don’t have available) we can even install FREE Internet Security Software to help keep you safe online.

^*Any hardware not supplied by you will be provided and fitted at our cost price and may take a little longer if the parts are not held in stock - e.g. 1GB DDR2-800 memory upgrade @ £12.71 (price may vary) + £50 CaR service = £62.71.

^**PC On is dedicated to your privacy, we will not look at or use any of your data, it will be securely backed up and replaced back onto your PC and then securely removed from our backup device.
